Manuel has worked for strategy consulting firms, technology start-ups, large technology corporations and developed public private partnerships in the United States, Latin America, China, Europe and the Middle East for over 15 years.
He has developed organic growth strategies for large and small organizations, applied web and wireless technologies to create new products in a variety of markets and organizations, and applied various technologies to public policy organizations. Manuel has also developed the "market rules" and valuation techniques to create one of the first intellectual property exchanges for a European economic development agency.
In addition to partnering with leading academics on a variety of projects, Manuel holds a patent in the application of applied financial models (U.S. Patent Number 6,102,961), and has been referenced in several academic publications.
Manuel is a graduate of the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where he focused on Business Government Relations, and holds a Masters degree from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business, Ann Arbor, where his concentration was Organizational Strategy.
