Lauren Tanner DiPaola joined SevenTwenty Strategies in 2008, bringing with her vast technological experience with the Digital Age and her artistic eye to deliver top-notch interactive strategy. Having recently spearheaded SevenTwenty's in-depth study of how Fortune 500 companies are using Twitter for advocacy purposes, DiPaola serves as vice president of client services, overseeing and tailoring successful online advocacy and communications campaigns for a diverse range of clients. She has experience with national advocacy campaigns, corporate grassroots education, political action committees, state ballot initiatives, coalitions, trade associations and chambers of commerce across the United States.
Prior to joining SevenTwenty Strategies, DiPaola served as the Projects Director for Global Vision Communications (GVC) in Washington, D.C., where she facilitated all project development, management and implementation. Bringing her knowledge of project management and best practice research from her time at the Corporate Executive Board, she was able to innovatively conceptualize and design interactive strategies for each individual project she oversaw.
While in college DiPaola worked for CBS News Channel 5 in Nashville, TN, where she assisted with the nightly news broadcasts. She also worked for Country Music Television, an MTV Network, where she assisted with programming research and the CMT Awards Show. A native Californian, she earned her BA from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and her Masters in Communications with an emphasis in Digital Technology from Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC.
