Kevin joined 720 Strategies in 2005, as part of the firm's mission to expand its advocacy services to the Latino community. Born and raised in Colombia, Kevin came to the U.S. in 1997 to finish his secondary education and to ultimately pursue a degree in Political Science, which he later earned from Swarthmore College. Kevin's foray into American politics began in the suburbs of Philadelphia as a Canvassing Organizer for America Coming Together during the 2004 election cycle, where he focused on voter turnout in several minority communities-including Spanish-speaking households.

In 2006, Kevin utilized his institutional campaign knowledge to skillfully craft targeted messages to the DC Latino community on behalf of DC Councilmember Adrian Fenty's successful bid for mayor. In addition to his campaign work, Kevin plays an important role in helping 720 Strategies' Technology, Project Management and Creative Services team members raise the bar on each of their products and services on a daily basis.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College.
