For more than 15 years, major clients in a variety of industries – from defense to health care, from consumer products to telecommunications – have turned to Jeff Oldham to build the coalitions, coordinate the campaigns and mobilize the influential voices essential to achieve their critical objectives. Oldham comes to SevenTwenty Strategies with a unique mix of experience and credentials. Most recently Jeff served as the managing partner at Sextant Public Affairs, where he provided strategic guidance to help a stable of clients build strategic partnerships, craft tailored messaging and succeed at the state and local level. Prior to that he had a successful tenure with the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), where he served as Deputy Vice President for Alliances, Affordability & Access. At PhRMA, Jeff managed a nationwide field network of experienced operatives that interacted with elected officials from both parties and at all levels to achieve federal and state legislative objectives. He regularly conducted grassroots/public affairs campaigns to move public opinion on critical, complex health policy issues. He also established an operational framework for the Partnership for Prescription Assistance; the world’s largest clearinghouse to help those in need obtain medicines.
Oldham came to PhRMA from The Direct Impact Company where, as Senior Vice President, he took the reins of some of the company’s most challenging public affairs projects, getting results for clients through sound strategic oversight and resourceful campaign implementation. He also served as Senior Manager for Constituent Relations for Boeing, overseeing the Boeing Government Action Network, a team of more than 10,000 employee, retiree and suppliers who, under Oldham’s leadership and coordination, became effective grassroots activists. In the early 1990s, he served as Deputy Director of Field Operations for U.S. Term Limits, developing outreach campaigns and managing ballot initiatives.
Jeff has a B.S. degree in Political Science from Boston College and resides in Alexandria, VA.
