Jamie is a Web Application Developer and Instructional Designer with skill in envisioning, creating, and deploying useful and usable tools.

He has extensive experience in teaching with and about technology, having worked as a teacher, trainer, and web developer for 15 years. His work includes projects in the nonprofit sector, in educational, arts and cultural institutions and for a wide range of public, political and corporate clients.

He served for two years as a US Peace Corps volunteer in Guinea, West Africa, where he learned a great deal about appropriate, and improvisational uses of technology, and about the importance of access to, and participation in education, politics, the media and community.

Jamie is a graduate of Vassar College and holds a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from Harvard University.
