Deborah joined 720 Strategies in 2000 and spent seven years overseeing the project management team, as well as the firm's biggest accounts, including Southwest Airlines, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, ExxonMobil and the Natural Products Association. As Chief Operating Officer, Deborah combines her client services expertise with her oversight of the company’s day-to-day operations and financial management.

Prior to 720 Strategies, Deborah was a Legislative Research Associate and Grassroots Coordinator for the International Sign Association (ISA), an organization representing manufacturers, users, and suppliers of on-premise signs and sign products. While at ISA, Deborah also launched the association’s grassroots program, wrote for the association's publications and developed a series of grassroots advocacy instructional brochures. Before she joined ISA, Deborah served as an American politics specialist with the Japan Center for International Finance (JCIF) where she analyzed American legislative and regulatory issues for JCIF members in the banking, insurance, and financial services industries.

Deborah received her M.A. in international affairs from George Washington University and her B.A. with honors in political science from Grinnell College.
